We use KPIs(key performance indicators) to monitor and measure the success of our strategies and actions.
What can we measure with brand KPIs?
Through these ratios (awareness, relevance, differentiation, esteem, familiarity and involvement) we can measure the current value of a brand. Once we have these indicators, we are able to build strategies, touch points and specific and determined action plans that allow us to make key decisions to manage the brand in an adequate and well-founded manner.
Actions based on previous market research, and based on the parameters of the KPIs will make us successfully steer the brandin the right direction where it can really grow optimizing the investment.
